Three Steps to Healthy Weight Management
Step 1 Moderate Exercise
Begin with a moderate exercise program by increasing your heart rate for 30 minutes each day. This may be broken into several sessions. Walking, jogging, dancing are all very good at increasing the heart rate and burning fat.
Step 2 High Protein Meal Replacement
Put one scoop (2 Tbsp.) Lighten Up Protein Drink Mix in a glass and add 8 to 10 ounces of water or skim milk. Stir until dissolved. Use this as a meal replacement at least once per day, preferably replacing the mid-day or evening meal. Again, this dosage is based on a body weight of up to 200 pounds. Step 3 Eat Reasonable Meals
